All the products featured in our shop are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not mass produce, share, sell or distribute the finished products. All products are for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact Sky Goodies for wholesale enquiries.
You are not authorized to sell this product/template in digital or print form, use any images or parts of this product/template to create commercial products, distribute the original images or give to someone else to print, or suggest in any way that you created these images yourself. If you use the images for editorial purposes you will need to contact the owner.
All designs are original creations by the Sky Goodies team, and are the copyright and perpetual intellectual property of Sky Goodies Products And Applications Pvt Ltd. Copyright privileges are not transferable.
Orders are processed after payment is received by us in full.
Shipping: A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders within India. All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days by reputed courier companies who provide express shipping. On shipment, a confirmation email is sent to you, along with tracking details and expected date of delivery.
Deliveries are usually made within 3-7 working days from shipment.
If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post, and delivery may take 5-12 working days.

Refunds, Cancellation and Return Policy: If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will check at our end, and once confirmed by us, we can cancel your order and initiate refund. The payment refund will be initiated through the same mode the payment was made. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-12 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
Alternatively, if you find an error in the order or a defect in the goods you have received, you can ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns.
The refund and return policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Liability for errors: We are not liable for errors committed by you during the course of personalizing a product. These errors, though not limited to, may be a result of the following: misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
Artwork & Photographs: By submitting an artwork or photograph for use in a custom product on skygoodies.co, you certify that you have the right to use the photographs in your files. You agree not to upload any files consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
Disclaimer: Art color may vary from printer to printer and monitor to monitor, depending on your settings. Laser color printers may yield different color output from inkjet printers. This website attempts to display product images, quality, and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will match the actual product color, since all monitors offer different qualities of visibility.

Cardholder Payment Liability: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.
